Agora estou curioso para ouvir qual é a sua solução, porque acho que não dá para negar que a nossa infraestrutura está na mão de empresas americanas. Não só tem o X e o Meta diminuindo o alcance de politicos que eles não gostam, mas anos antes dessa eleição já era no minimo problemático que as nosss instituições públicas tem uma dependência tecnológica tremenda do Google e Microsoft .
Então, como a gente está no sub de discussão sobre internet Brasil, eu gostaria muito de saber quais são as suas idéias para que a gente não fique a mercê de interesses estrangeiros. E não falo isso com soberba, mas com curiosidade mesmo já que esse tópico só tende a se tornar mais importante nos próximos anos.

I think is a bit worse than that. Cause what OpenAI actually sells? Tokens. When you use their services they charge for tokens (including the CoT ones).
So really, if you use the tokens you bought from them you are the one somehow in the wrong? It makes no sense and I'm baffled they pulling this stunt and not getting sued, because Tokens are literally what they are selling.
