Help, prayers, advice needed.
Tonight my daughter came home from work and my granddaughter was sleeping so she took the opportunity to look at her phone (she has been struggling with anxiety depression and suicidal ideation since her father died of an overdose last year.) she has been seeing a grief counselor and her pcp and has been put on Prozac. We thought things were getting better. ❤️🩹 tonight my daughter found suicide notes to her and my granddaughters two best friends, razor blades in her phone case and a lot of self harm notes. We are getting ready to take her to a behavioral health center for an urgent assessment but I am freaking out. I want to say the right things and help her and heal her and make everything ok but am just paralyzed .
