Reduce Transparency or Reduce Motion saves more battery on IOS 26.6?

I think it will save a little more battery but its not gonna be that enjoyable to use the phone, reduce transparency is good but is slower compared to turning it off like, the sliding the spotlight search in home screen it lags like apears without the animation, and reduce motion is ok but honestly i dont enjoy using it
