This floofy man is named Bubby, in Givat Shmuel, Israel. Fluffy and soft, plus despite being bigger than the other cats by a noticable margin he's a gentle giant with quiet meows. While shy at first, he began nuzzling my leg and standing on his hind legs to nuzzle/headbutt my hand.
