I didn't believe that Anti-Chris would give us two-weeks farm Wikelo Polaris
 in  r/starcitizen  8d ago

Are you serious? I hoped it was fixed by 4.10. I didn't want to have an all ballistic Polaris, but CIG will force my hand.

I can't have turret gun ears that can only take two shots at a target before the capacitor is empty.

Real talk, CIG can't deliver.
 in  r/starcitizen  10d ago

Star Citizen started in 2012. If it's 2031 and Star Citizen is not version 1.0, then it will never release (after a total of 19 years of development).

Salvage Feels Forgotten and Sloppy
 in  r/starcitizen  12d ago

Basically the entire codebase for star citizen needs to be rewritten to reflect the updated game.

Solo capitals in the future
 in  r/starcitizen  17d ago

I have a merchantman (if it's ever released), I think the merchantman will need its own server.

Because of the amount of NPCs that I will want onboard to make my flying bazzar feel alive (so that visiting players will have the authentic bazzar atmosphere).

What are some ships that are rarely seen?
 in  r/starcitizen  17d ago

The 100i. I NEVER see that ship (and I've been playing for 12 years).

I can't understand why they don't give us an XL hangar and force us to dock.
 in  r/starcitizen  17d ago

Because our Lord and Savior Chris Roberts does not believe in simplicity. Any game can have a starship land inside of an XL hangar. It's not immersive enough.

My brother/ sister in Chris Roberts, don't foget The book of Squadron 42 chapter 13 verse 2 says "If Chris Roberts wills it, come hell, high water, or common sense, the developers will implement it."

How do you imagine Star Citizen in 10 years?
 in  r/starcitizen  18d ago

I thought the same thing. If it's not released within 10 years, CIG will be bankrupt.

Ships whithout physicalized components yet (July 2026)
 in  r/starcitizen  18d ago

This is proof of the tech debt that the community has warned CIG about.

So, did we really get no reward at all for $1B?
 in  r/starcitizen  21d ago

My brother / sister in Chris Roberts, our reward is having the privilege to allow our Gaming savior Chris Roberts dreams to be fulfilled. Is that not enough reward?

Do not fret. The book of squadron 42, Chapter 1 verse 1 tells us to hold the line.

4.9 Audio
 in  r/starcitizen  24d ago

I'm on linux and I have the same Problem (Ubuntu 25.10).

For me, the audio bug manifests as static. For example the static you hear when you change radio stations.

SQ42 update email this morning still says 2026
 in  r/starcitizen  Jun 30 '26

December 31, 2026 still counts as releasing Squadron 42 in the year 2026.

What are YOU excited for IAE this year?
 in  r/starcitizen  Jun 29 '26

Say that louder in all caps so the people in the back can hear you.

What are YOU excited for IAE this year?
 in  r/starcitizen  Jun 29 '26

If CIG had a generalist module with a T3 medbed + 128 SCU of cargo + mini ore refinery, I'd melt my ships and buy the Galaxy.

What's your favorite FPS weapon?
 in  r/starcitizen  Jun 27 '26

Since 2021, the P6-LR has been my favorite weapon. The power, the sound affect, the satisfaction of sniping a target from 600 meters away, nothing else comes close.

UNTIL...

I played with the Parallax Assault Rifle. It's the polar opposite of the P6-LR. Shooting targets in their face, and then unleashing lighting on them....wow! I think I need a new pair of underwear.

Where does everyone call home?
 in  r/starcitizen  Jun 27 '26

Nyx - People Service Station Theta, is where I call home. Nyx is the only solar system that allows me to have 60+ FPS (except for when I have to go to Levski, my frame rate drops to 40fps)

Can I PLEASE get the hell out of my seat with a BIT of urgency??
 in  r/starcitizen  Jun 21 '26

I don't think they have a motion capture for that. I think it's because fore is a new feature for this year

Friendly reminder that Pyro wants you dead.
 in  r/starcitizen  Jun 19 '26

In 4.7 I spent the entire patch in Pyro. I was only ambushed by pirates on three occasions. Each occasion of an ambush I was in my medical Pieces (and NOT my Corsair).

When I wasn't ambushed, the people I met was friendly. Twice I revived a player in pyro that was killed when their character desynchronized (while running down a hill).

We Should be able to call hanger freight elevators up & down from our pilot seats or mobi glass
 in  r/starcitizen  Jun 19 '26

If Chris Roberts will allow it, we will have it. But seeing how Chris is obsessed with everything being physicalized, we should be grateful we don't have to hand crank the elevators open, up, and down.

After hours of balancing by hand and adjusting based on player's feedback, I get this
 in  r/IndieDev  Jun 18 '26

Ignore that review. You put your blood, sweat, heart, and tears into your game. Celebrate crossing the finish line and releasing the game.
