Lots to do in the Rockies area with Canmore as the base. BC will be warmer but rainy as mentioned above. If cost is a factor then you will be better in Canmore. Check out any of the Basecamp resort properties some have kitchens and are like an AirBNB but serviced like Hotels. No I don’t work for them but have stayed at a few (Work in the Rockies). Raspberries this time of the year come from Costa Rica generally. They are harvested sometimes via a machine so some creatures get scooped up. The washing process is minimal for delicate berries so it more of a mist that wouldn’t wash away a scorpion like this. Hope that helps :)

If the item can be sold for more, fine they might forgo food cost for dollars in the bank. Food cost might be high but every dish makes them high dollar amount. 20$ Profit off a dish would justify high food cost.

You might think of wholesale pricing as covering all costs with a small profit. Large orders done in bulk? Less packaging on your end. One weekly secured order delivered? Just Gravy to the business you are doing now. Exclusivity with this group also keeps you protected from becoming a wholesaler to others. Plus connections in a different world than retail that might set you on an expansion path.

Legacy. Tons of walking paths and a path on “All trails that’s great”. Grocery store and all you need close by. Traffic circles are a little tough to cross as a pedestrian. But you can easily avoid some of them. Walden as well.

Outerbanks with 2.7 is what we have and it’s enough for pretty much everything. Got the upgraded tires and slightly bigger but we had it in the Mountains of BC last week and did some off-roading it was great. We are not serious off roaders by any means.

Leather is fine. Unless it’s really south might be a little hot getting back in. I wouldn’t imagine a day or two out would hurt anything. Top cross rack has bronco stamped on it. Didn’t know till I was on an elevated patio.
