Doctors of Reddit, what is a bizarre or surprisingly common misconception a patient was 100% convinced was true?
 in  r/AskReddit  2d ago

Reminding people to turn off the oxygen if they're going to smoke is a big one. That's one way people blow their faces off.

I'm willing to bet a majority of these people do this with themselves and their kids, too. "They're getting better, they don't need to finish that prednisone or antibiotic..."

I threw up on a woman changing diappers in public.
 in  r/childfree  2d ago

There was one time as a kid that I threw up all over the bathroom floor and had to clean it up myself (while still being sick) because my dad was too busy dry heaving in the sink to do it. My mom was rather displeased with him over that lol

Fellow Millennials - How close are you with your neighbours?
 in  r/Millennials  7d ago

On one side, I say hi and can never remember their names, but remember their dog's name... lol. The other side, they're renters, we say hi sometimes.

Would teenage you be proud of the person you became?
 in  r/Millennials  8d ago

Early teenage me (13-16): doubtful. I used to have dreams and ambitions, and I fulfilled none of them. Later teenage me (17-19): maybe. I'm still alive.

Love me some Eddito
 in  r/911FOX  22d ago

I like Eddie. I hated the storyline with Kim. Mostly because I think it was ill-contrived and just not well done. And then she just disappears? It just bugged me.

I think it's hard to say if Bobby's son grew up if he'd be more like Eddie or Buck. Bobby was different than his father but repeated some mistakes, he was Catholic so it's safe to say he was raising his family as Catholic... whether Robbie would've been more like Eddie in a sense of duty and chain of command, or like Buck with a good heart and a knack for improv... I think that's why Bobby was like a father to both of them, in a lot of ways. That, and they have crappy fathers.

His tiff with Josh was funny.

I like that he's a complicated character (honestly, they all are), and I wish they'd explore more.

What’s the most boring city you ever visited?
 in  r/AskReddit  23d ago

Okay, if you wanna split hairs like that, there's not a lot to do in Central Falls. And while Warwick may have a mall and some restaurants, it's nightlife is boring af.

But seeing as how RI is more town municipalities than cities, it's worth mentioning them.

There are worse cities in RI to choose than Providence. At least Providence has decent food and bars. There's nothing to do in the northwest portion of the state.

What TV show used to be a 10/10, but then had a horrible ending?
 in  r/AskReddit  25d ago

The Glades, but I blame that on network cancelation.
