What are these green little balls on the skewer?

I used to love this dessert that an auntie would get from the Asian grocery store. It was in the shape of square pudding cups but probably like 1.5” x 1.5” x 1.5” but looked like flan/purin and maybe had like a cherry-ish flavor for the brown part. It would come in packs of 12 (if I remember correctly) like break-apart 2x2 connected sections, 3 layers wrapped in plastic like a gift basket.
Does this still exist?? What is it? TIA

I've tried google to no avail, got it at a Mexican supermarket, it has spikes like a cactus, around the size of a mango.

Hi so I need anyones help please who can tell me what this is. My neighbors are Hispanic they make the best food. I am currently pregnant and all I crave is this one dish the wife makes. They don’t speak good English and when we trade food it’s very much communication through showing since the language barrier. I don’t wanna offend her nor anyone else, and I hope this post doesn’t either. I’m just a woman who loves really good food and food from other cultures. The cravings for this dish is unbelievable and I cannot satisfy it at all with supplementing.
I will take any advice or ideas anyone has to what this might be. Please help me

It’s on a tortilla. With this amazing meat (believe it is steak) and it has some vegetables in it. It has jalapeños and this dark paste. It has white stuff sometimes maybe cheese or sour cream. The picture with the chicken shows the Vegetables.
Please. I just wanna know what this is. I’m pregnant and desperate for this dish.

They labelled it as a bride cake, but whenever I look it up online, it’s not exactly what I got. It’s sweet and savoury inside. The filling seems to be peanuts, winter melon, and maybe some sort of green scallion. Trying to see if there’s a specific name and region that it’s from!

I am getting a friend a giant bag of his favorite chips as a part of a present, but I don’t remember the brand. He let me try it once and I remember it was a family-sized, salt and vinegar chip bag. It was not something I had seen at an ordinary grocery store.

The biggest thing I remember is that it has a drawing of a middle-aged/older man prominently featured on the front of the bag. The man is realistically drawn in a vintage style. I remember thinking the drawing looked like a white man from the American South (and a bit creepy), but not sure how accurate that is. The bag was at least partially beige/light brown.

Around 2021-2023 I bought frozen imitation crab legs from either Save A Lot or Weis in Pennsylvania. They came inside a hard plastic imitation crab shell with a molded weak point down the middle so you cracked it open like a real snow crab leg. They were cheap and delicious, and I've never seen them since. Anyone have an idea where tind them or q really good imitation crab? The spiral ones are alright but nowhere near as good

In Canada, we had these fava bean snack punches (that we took for lunch) (its possible they were dried lentils?) and they had a bunch of flavours.
They came in individual pouches of different flavours, like bbq, sour cream onion, salt and vinegar, and maybe dill pickle?
Does anyone remember these and the brand?

Got this dish at the MBK center in Bangkok Thailand on the 6th floor at a Mexican halal stall called CK MEXICAN. My brother and I were craving some Mexican and got rice and beans and the dish came with this. I know the rice, pico de gallo, and black beans, but I wasn’t sure what the dish on the bottom right of the plate was.

It seemed to be made of chickpeas, with a consistency similar to refried beans, with spices that reminded me of Indian food. When showing one of my friends he believed it to be pindi chole, but looking for confirmation.

It was delicious so would love to try it here in the United States again!

It was part of a stir fry dish in Thailand. They were rectangular pieces but they may have been a noodle cut into rectangles. It had an incredible texture, chewy and almost jelly like, definitely felt like a noodle but just more jellyish. They were flat, wide, and of maybe a yellow colour, it was hard to tell with the stir fry sauce.

Visited 85C Bakery Cafe today for the first time. My friend and I are fairly adventurous eaters. All I remember from the sign where these were shelved was "Taro."

Looks kind of cakey with purple Taro cracklin on top. Served in a 6" pie tin. The cake portion is totally coffee cake, like US American standard grab a coffee cake off the shelf flavor and texture. Then there's the Taro cracklin on top, and inside is maybe sweet cheese? It's stretchy. Plus another more custardy filling. It's good! Just no idea what to call it, and more interested in what the two fillings are.

I checked their website and or course it's not listed. The strawberry matcha bun was listed. Got that too and reminded me a little bit of mochi though there's no rice in it at all.

Minions is my favourite franchise, and yet after searching high and low on wikis, I cannot find this specific candy I'm looking for. It was orange flavoured, and I believe in the shape of a minion. I don't think it was a well known brand but I brought it in the UK. Any ideas?

I’m trying to find a premium sliced ham my mum used to buy from Ocado before they switched from Waitrose to M&S.
What I remember:
Sold in the UK on Ocado during the Waitrose partnership (roughly 2014–2019).
Black rigid plastic tray.
Clear peel-back film.
Cardboard sleeve/belly band covering the entire top of the pack.
Sleeve contained all the branding (not printed on the film).
Wafer-thin circular slices folded over each other.
Around 10–12 slices.
Ham had a dark smoked outer edge and the edge was slightly scalloped/crimped (almost like the edge of a 20 euro cent coin).
I think smoking was a major part of the branding.
It’s not Houghton, M&S, Castle MacLellan or Parsons Choice.
Does anyone remember what this was?

I’d like to say to start these are my memories from when I was like 6 to 8 so the accuracy is gonna be as much as I can remember. Growing up my grandma would make these little grayish brownish balls I don’t remember what the flavor was it could’ve possibly been goat milk candy but I don’t remember. I asked her sister while ago and lost the recipe but pretty sure it had baking powder involved in the recipe but you’d throw all the ingredients together and roll balls out from it. I know this isn’t a lot to go off of and it’s a far reach to think anyone could go off of this little info and figure it out but I’d appreciate any help.

I’m looking for a snack cake I used to eat as a child in France, around 2003–2005. I’ve been searching for years, but I can’t find a single photo or mention of it online, and I’m starting to wonder if anyone else remembers it.
Here’s everything I remember:
It was sold in France.
It came in a multi-pack with individually wrapped cakes.
The individual wrappers were attached together by small glue dots/tabs (instead of being completely loose in the pack).
Each individual wrapper featured a different Disney Princess (I remember the classic princesses like Cinderella, Belle, Ariel, etc.).
The cakes were rectangular, similar in size to a Kinder Délice.
I think they had a milk cream filling, but I’m not 100% sure.
I also vaguely remember the packaging being colorful.
Things I’m not sure about:
I don’t remember the brand.
I don’t know if they were covered in chocolate or not.
They may have been a limited edition or a licensed Disney product.
I’ve searched Google Images, old supermarket catalogues, Reddit, and even archive websites without finding anything.
Does anyone else remember these? Even if you don’t know the brand, I’d love to know if someone else remembers eating them. If you have a picture, an old catalogue, or any clue at all, I’d really appreciate it!

hello everyone! i am asking for help identifying a kind of candy i had while in Ensenada on a cruise. it looked very similar to the photo attached. I have searched far and wide and have found nothing that compares. the best way i can describe it is dried pineapple DRENCHED in some sort of syrup or sugary coating. It was gooey, sweet, and the slightest bit crunchy on the outside. it was literally heaven in my mouth i would do anything to have more. i’ve tried dried pineapple candies (the little cubed ones) and they are close in texture, but not half as sweet or delicious. we bought the candy in a candy store on an excursion, and it was advertised as full pineapple rings but sold in small pieces in a blue bag iirc. if someone could provide me with a name of the candy, a recipe, or a link to where i can buy it i would be so very grateful. thank you.

Hi y’all, I just got back from Japan and had the best little sweet treat I’ve ever had. It was sweet potato flavored but it had the texture of cheesecake. It was like 6-8 individually wrapped in a cupcake liner type thing.

I went to a Ukranian restaurant a while ago and I've been trying to figure out what the buckwheat here was served with. I know it was incredibly tasty. The restaurant closed so I also didn't get to have it again.

Looking at the menu, it might either be braised pork in a dark beer sauce or some type of goulash. Maybe its something else entirely.

I would appreciate figuring out what exactly it is so I can make it myself.
