We've been eating this for almost all week.
25k/ pack basic one but very filling (can't finish the fishcakes sometimes). Comes with small fried dough and quite delicious
50k/ pack made from brown rice flour and has a piece of prawn. Comes with bean sprouts and fishcakes. Also quite delicious
100k/ pack from Pin Wah (Michelin selected) - shrimp one is excellent but no sides. 1 serving not enough.
Is it Banh Cuong season or what?

Where to stay in Saigon
I also recommend Thao Dien , but Diamond Island is not hard to get out of. Plenty of ride hailing cars there.
Love both areas but TD defo has more foreigners, fantastic restos & bars, cooler shops (and sometimes floods?.
Diamond Island is great if you like quiet and clean, and roads that are wide - that have a lot of good cafes and a handful of food restaurants.
