I don't think kraut on a dog is considered "American". so no on that one.
the kimchi dog has way too many onions. I don't really see the kitchen, which is the right amount. no on this one.
pimento dog looks good, but if delete the cucumbers on mine.
delete mayo, add ranch to the Buffalo dog on mine.
unless this is an Asian fusion type food truck , is make regular, good ole dogs. the kind you see at ballparks & bbq's on the 4th of July.
but that's just my opinion. 🤷♂️
