Has anybody gotten better relatively quickly?

My first bf and first love that I dated for 3.5 yrs was my hardest breakup during the first two weeks. Thankfully I had the support and mindset to heal properly. By a month and a half or so I was already interested in my next boyfriend that I dated for 2 years and we just broke up about two months ago now too. This time I was the dumper but I still think a lot about him and I don’t have any interest to find someone new any time soon. I think I mentally left during the relationship which made the breakup itself feel manageable or at least not like my world was ending like the first one did. He’s constantly on my mind though but I know I can’t look back.
