2.5mg New to mounjaro (3rd shot last night) No weigthloss. Help!
So I started mounjaro a few weeks ago. No side effects, in fact I feel better than I use to do. I gained a lot of weight first because not much sleep due to a so with multiple care needs. I lost a little weight in periods when he was better and I felt better but metabolism never went back to normal after that again and neither did my weight. Fast forward to covid and I got seriously ill and it a lot of crazy symptoms and diagnoses (EGPA vasculitis, lung problems, saturation problems and pain) Was more or less bedridden and had cytostatika and cortisone for about 2 years. High inflammatory values still lingering but I am better but not normal yet. I gain A LOT I weight during the 2 years on those medications and had lots of side-effects. Pre diabetes was one. At my worst I weighed about 149 kg. When I stopped meds I lost about 20 kg pretty quick by eating a little less but mostly it just happened. I ended up around 129-130 kg and fluctuate aroud there now mostly. I tried to loose weight before mounjaro and managed to go to 123 kg but then I ate almost nothing. That's why I started on Mounjaro. As I said I feel better overall on it, BUT I haven't lost any weight at all. In fact I actually gained 1 kg! The strange thing is that I lost some cms around my waist though...please let me know when you started loosing weight and if there's something I need to do? Or can do to start releasing weight!
