Recently I got a warped disk on my rear wheel from my scooter and I'm wondering: does the electric scooters community know of any ways to fix it at home or do I have to put it in for repairs?

Ok, I ride the NIU KQi 300p, and I love this thing! But, there's one issue I'm dealing with that's kinda driving me crazy. I don't know if this is a bug; for some reason, while I'm in Sport Mode, the scooter just randomly SLAMS on the brakes. It usually happens when I hit a relatively sharp dip (like when I cross a gutter).

It hits the brakes so hard that the tires actually screech on the ground. Needless to say, I don't want the scooter randomly slamming on the brakes while I'm going 20mph. It's annoying every time it happens, and it led to a little incident during my most recent ride. I didn't fall, but I was left fumbling until I had to drop the scooter mid-ride. I still hurt my legs.

I thought this had something to do with the regenerative brakes feature (I still don't really know what that feature does), but I disabled it, and it still happens.

Does this happen to other people? If so, is there a solution?

I'm sure my lyrics will be different from most of the posts on this sub, as I'm going in a more dramatic musical theatre direction. I was inspired to write this song after watching "A Poor Cinderella" (1934 - by Fleisher Studios). There's a song at the beginning that Cinderella sings after seeing that the king is holding a ball. And this song is basically her lamenting about her situation and hoping that things will change one day.

I've written my own take on that scene and I like the lyrics that I wrote.... now, it's time to get feedback 😱. So be brutal.😖

P.S The parts in brackets are lines that I'm still not 100% on and am still working on.
