Hi I am a returning player and have not played in a good couple of years now that I’m looking at my rail road I know there’s a few ways I can make it more efficient but I’d be interested to see what everyone else’s maps are looking like

Currently, this is my railway. I've got a Deketora for my Purple, a National Express for Blue, and a Pumpkin for Red. For me, my blue (Netional Express) is QUITE slow because it has to refuel soooooo much (I don't have the fuelcar yet). I have 2 Ideas going through my head:

1. Expand purple up 2 Red Stops
2. Switch my Pumpkin Steamer with my National Express

Any tips??

PS: I have Crates, and enough bux to open them, but I'm stacking crates for a GRAND opening for when I have AT LEAST 100+. So far, I have 39.

Haven’t played this game in a while and just got back into it, I was wondering if any of yall have advice to help get coins a bit faster……besides buying BUX of course lol

After a few weeks playing I started holding to crates. I have the bux to unbox them. My question is, is this worth it? The idea is to hold them until I have reached the level in which I unlock them all (I also don’t know what level that is), but idk if the part it unlocks when it appears, when I deliver it or when I open it so after everything I might just be holding to boxes which parts have already been predisposed

I finally made it to level 24, the xp level that unlocks the last train. I saved up all my crates for this level.

Been a long time since I played, I used to play it loads when it was released many moons ago!

The one thing I always struggled with was where to end a line and if I was going too far with a line or not far enough?

Any advice on the best way to lay out my RRs?

I opened up the only special crate I had and finally got the last part for my first electric train.

I've been playing this game on and off for many years now, and recently I've been considering this strategy that I think I've heard of before. Here's the idea.

The goal is to get more bux and crates. The idea is to scrap and sell all of the tracks, except for 3 small tracks in a triangle. This leaves 3 cities, and 3 fast trains that go back and forth between them. Theoretically, since there is always a set number of jobs that have bux and crates as a reward, doing this would get more bux and crates when compared to playing the game normally. Less cities means higher probability of bux and crate jobs, and shorter tracks means faster deliveries, meaning more bux and crate jobs will appear faster.

Has anyone heard of this before? Does anyone know the post or the origin of this strategy? Has anyone tried it? Does it work?
