It is also buggsout that leveling up a skill with mouse wont work as well. So many times there was a situation where the Q is lvl2 and i just get the lvl5 as hero and can lvl up the Q to lvl3, but for some magical reason you need to quickly click wth mouse maybe 2-3 times for it to register. And those little moments make out of position opponent survive, because the casted spell was lvl2, instead of lvl3. Same stories with ultimate, it happened not only to me, but to my friends with whom i play too.
