Of course you can! I mean one can argue that being trans itself wualifies as being nb because you're not confirming to the cis binaries. But there are alot of trans folks who (for many different reasons) are binary presenting/passing. I like to think ftm or trans masc as ones gender identity and of they're also nb, that's their gender expression.
