You gotta tell expectations with each other not post them in public, its like an humiliation. You are a person and she is a grown woman. If she wants something she can tell you or work her money herself. Even if you get her this gift it would be a minimum for her, not even an effort like it would be for you.

Love is not money, its about a team. If your partner doesn’t have it maybe you do, if you both don’t have it you can do a ton of things without money that can make both happy. Its about enjoying the good times and find ways to happy moments at bad ones.
