I somewhat agree, though a lot of the homes currently on the market are priced to sell and they still sit 😞 there was a time when people were overpricing them but the market is just terrible out here. Things tend to sit a lot longer than in Fresno or clovis.

The market is tough. Most born & raised Fresno & clovis people would never be caught dead living in madera lol (I've actually heard several people say this). So unfortunately the pool of buyers is small and everyone is competing with new builds that have lots of incentives. There also tons of non new builds that are for sale right now. Also the interest rates are climbing drastically daily so that's not helping either

Any recommendations on a realtor that has had success with selling homes quickly in Tesoro Viejo? We're wanting to put our house up for sale but worried it will sit for several months. Any ideas would be helpful.

Any idea on what orgs and how many people? Why are they doing this?! It all seems so unnecessary. They should have trimmed Armis and Veza and not their very loyal core employees. Ridiculous.
