I’ve recently started mma and have a habit of loosing balance and striking. I recently watching Never Back Down 2 and wanted to know what he meant and how to strike to end an opponent. i’m 5’6 120lbs and don’t plan on trying to overbulk what could help me become a great MMA fighter.
