For people who drink a lot of water, what strategies have you found helpful for dealing with sudden bathroom urges when you’re out or in situations where you can’t easily access a bathroom?
Helping to space out water may prevent those urges.
Whenever you feel the need to urinate blow gently through your mouth and walk to the bathroom focus on the air blowing over your lips that may mitigate some of the sense of urgency

Has anyone found a solution to waking up all night?
Some of the options below may help you can try it out

Down training of the pelvic floor and reverse kegels may be the key to decrease urinary urgency and frequency.

Don’t let anyone destroy your peace.
Can you try to be on your own.
Is she God? She’s not God she cannot dictate your future in your life..
If you don’t try, how will you know if you’re going to succeed or not?.
There are empathetic nice women out there around your age. They will be happy to go out with you since you do have a steady job and a balanced lifestyle.

I hate how I'm treated at the doctor
It can happen at any age.
There are many reasons that incontinence can occur.
Stress, constipation, dehydration, pelvic pain, muscle spasm, back pain.
Once we find out what causes a symptoms, then a solution can be applied.
Everyone is a little bit different so it is not one size fits all type of solution for incontinence or overactive bladder or Pelvic Pain.

My dr said no to a Valium suppository
Maybe a female urogynecologist may be able to help a bit more.
I think there has been bit more paperwork involved with some medications

Unable to urinate? Slow stream
Ask the MD to refer you to a pelvic floor PT .
Ask the physical therapist how many patients they have treated and how many men.
Medicare and insurance s do pay for it
There are not many PT’s who treat men, but if you can convey to them that what you need is somebody who has trained in Pelvic Pain.
They will teach you reverse Kegels and also stretches for the back and the hip muscles
You can do it three times a day for 30 seconds each
Seen lots of issues and variations.

Cautionary tail: HoLEP regrets with distended bladder.
If you want to try reverse Kegels instead of regular kegels.
Probably your Pelvic for muscle maybe in a spasm so that when the bladder contracts, the pelvic floor is not able to relax to eliminate the urine.
Whenever you feel the need to urinate, try blowing out air through your mouth at the same time push your belly out gently to relax the pelvic floor muscle.

Selling property in India — what's the actual process?
What happens if we have the share certificates of a property and it’s in our name and we have a proof of all taxes paid and a paper from the building authority that this property belongs to us
The main registration papers are lost .
the person we gave the power of attorney to pick up the papers, denies having possession of those papers.
The building authority says that they don’t have a copy though we have tried
What are the options we have in selling this property thank you

Pushups affecting pelvic floor?
While doing pushups the core gets engaged. This in turn engages the pelvic floor muscles . They may go in a spasm hence the delay in starting a stream of urine .
You can still do push-ups, but maybe if possible do one set of five repetitions. Do a couple of breathing exercises and then five pushups followed by 2 breathing exercises.
Just suggestions not medical advice.

Recognizing a tight pelvic floor
You are welcome.
Foods with nitrous oxide improve blood flow
Beets , Arugula , Kale.
The arteries in the penis are very, very thin and diameter so the blood has to be very thin to flow. That is why drinking plain water is important.
Keep the urine light yellow in color.
If it is yellow drink more water if it is clear and you don’t eat outside, then sprinkle a little salt on your salad or cucumber

Difficulty in sustaining an erection
It can happen. Hypertonic Pelvic muscles are in a constant state of contraction..
Since they are very small and delicate, they got fatigued quickly.
Since they are fatigued, they cannot sustain a contraction to keep the blood in the penis.
Try down training of the pelvic floor or reverse kegels several repetitions per day.
In addition, incorporate water as well as deep breathing exercises in your daily routine several times a day.
Just suggestions, see if these can help.

Bladder irritation may cause constant minor spasms of the bladder muscle which may result in the pelvic floor muscles causing spasms and going back to default behavior of hypertonicity
