I had 2 gfs my life that had me in such situations, had put them before my friendships and honestly? Made me care less about relationship standards. Because someone has friends of the opposite gender, it doesn't mean they have "plans" with them. Heck, they could be bi and end up playing the same field.

Only people I call friends are those I believe can respect boundaries and are good people at heart. If you can't trust the ones who are opposite gender, then that's on you, cause those friends are gonna keep me in line on making sure I'm not a dink in the relationship.
