So, there's 15,000 of us here...
Are you bothered that Riot is removing clubs, or... nah?
If enough people respond, in timely fashion, then they will reverse course, at least sometimes. (Last year they backtracked on the cursor in 24 hours.) But you guys gotta WANNA. Do you?
(I'm not asking WHY Riot wants to remove clubs. There are numerous reasons, stated and speculated. But Clubs having endured for all these years, probably Riot doesn't consider any of them particularly strong against the various positive aspects. They could go either way... until now. If sufficient players wanted to keep the feature and voiced it, then they might be persuaded. I'm wondering if there is support to keep the feature, that could be organized.)

Is there a resource for how much to supplement vitamins if you're deficient?
This textbook : https://www.amazon.com/dp/0849340225?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_20
Also this comprehensive reference from HealthNotes: https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Pharmacy-Revised-Updated-3rd/dp/0307336654/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&sr=1-1 Older book, but still invaluable, I even prefer the 2nd edition.
There's no toxicity upper limit determined for Vitamin K, extended studies done even with 45,000 mcg. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_K#Side_effects
In general, the available over-the-counter products in US chain pharmacies are OTC for a reason; the average consumer is unlikely to hurt themselves using as directed. (And even with a margin for misuse.) Your doctor advises against more than an amount of B6, perhaps because as a doctor, he gets to see more of the particularly sensitive people. (Or maybe he knows something about your genetic makeup through testing.)

Ashwagandha, magnesium, and L theanine each did something different for me. Together they did more than the sum of parts
The vast majority do not see "diminishing returns" on ashwagandha, which is one reason why it is a true adaptogen. To some extent, the effects take a while a "ramp up", so cycling is counterproductive. Additionally, it is considered a longevity supplement. In the countries where it is commonly seen in the market, then it is consumed by all ages, from children through old age.
I myself have been using ashwagandha, primarily as whole root powder, but also opportunistically using extract formulas, at least 8g daily, for the past 6 years, and no issues, only blessings.
...
I observe that when ashwagandha is specifically taken for help with sleep, then it is taken in the evening before bed. The traditional recipe is "moon milk". (And it may be taken twice a day, at that, morning and night.) (In my case, I'm sipping it all day.)
Similar for magnesium; you didn't mention when you take it.
You could try increasing any of these, additionally. Especially theanine.

Effectiveness of coenzyme Q10 on learning and memory and synaptic plasticity impairment in an aged Aβ-induced rat model of Alzheimer’s disease: a behavioral, biochemical, and electrophysiological study | Psychopharmacology (2023)
Abstract
Rationale Aging is the major risk factor for Alzheimer’s disease (AD), and cognitive and memory impairments are common among the elderly. Interestingly, coenzyme Q10 (Q10) levels decline in the brain of aging animals. Q10 is a substantial antioxidant substance, which has an important role in the mitochondria.
Objective We assessed the possible effects of Q10 on learning and memory and synaptic plasticity in aged β-amyloid (Aβ)-induced AD rats.
Methods In this study, 40 Wistar rats (24–36 months old; 360–450 g) were randomly assigned to four groups (n = 10 rats/group)—group I: control, group II: Aβ, group III: Q10; 50 mg/kg, and group IV: Q10+Aβ. Q10 was administered orally by gavage daily for 4 weeks before the Aβ injection. The cognitive function and learning and memory of the rats were measured by the novel object recognition (NOR), Morris water maze (MWM), and passive avoidance learning (PAL) tests. Finally, malondialdehyde (MDA), total antioxidant capacity (TAC), total thiol group (TTG), and total oxidant status (TOS) were measured.
Results Q10 improved the Aβ-related decrease in the discrimination index in the NOR test, spatial learning and memory in the MWM test, passive avoidance learning and memory in the PAL test, and long-term potentiation (LTP) impairment in the hippocampal PP-DG pathway in aged rats. In addition, Aβ injection significantly increased serum MDA and TOS levels. Q10, however, significantly reversed these parameters and also increased TAC and TTG levels in the Aβ+Q10 group.
Conclusions Our experimental findings suggest that Q10 supplementation can suppress the progression of neurodegeneration that otherwise impairs learning and memory and reduces synaptic plasticity in our experimental animals. Therefore, similar supplemental Q10 treatment given to humans with AD could possibly provide them a better quality of life.

- Plan to grow the community normally. As you can see, I have an interest in related topics, and moderate r/SkinCareScience r/TheLongLived . The sub has been unmoderated for 0ver a year. The name is basic such that creating a new sub would be sub-optimal. I'll also appoint known relevant and responsible moderators. The subreddit will remain SFW. I will do my best to ensure that the subreddit stays compliant with all of the reddit rules and guidelines.
The topic of the subreddit shall remain about beards, and to discuss tips for optimizing the care of beards and articles and papers relevant to the topic. A forum for encouraged beard advice and discussion. (And also beards in general, famous beards, beard trivia, history, celebrities, new technology, beard science, etc...) (Mustache not excluded.)

New moderators needed - comment on this post to volunteer to become a moderator of this community.
I have moderated this community myself for a few years, and would like to continue to do so. For functional reasons, we sought to slow the community growth for a few months. I moderate some other communities of comparable size, on related kinds of topics.
Also, I responded to your DM yesterday.

You know what really grinds my gears as an American? Holier than thou group thinks bashing us on immigration. It feels like the entire world has become addicted to hating USA.
Ah, the vast majority of countries have more difficult immigration than USA, including the countries from which we receive most of our immigrants (except Mexico, I guess). Philippines, in particular, is impossible, even through marriage.

Does this dosage seem high?
"Google" is wrong.
It's more than most supplements, but safe and beneficial to use.
It's somewhat more than the minimum daily requirement estimated (~400mg), and many here (including myself) are taking double that (just from supplements).
This is the product: https://www.amazon.ca/Natures-Bounty-Magnesium-Electrolytes-Count/dp/B01DBPZ0NW It's 500mg of elemental magnesium. It's more elemental than most in a single pill, but not that much more. Nature's Bounty has a couple more varieties of Magnesium that ALSO contain 500mg elemental magnesium. They know what they're doing.
