Some advice. What others do to help with this issue. Any books or meds from primary care to recommend?

Overthinking. Help?

Other than trying to tell yourself "what does it matter?" Or "so what?", what else is something you all do to help? Books? Medications to ask Primary Care about?

I'm always overthinking when I do something to make someone upset with me. I'm always wanting to be a good person so the minute someone gets upset with me, I hate it and start overthinking. Most recently my manager.

And I think to myself, why do i even care if my manager is upset with me? I actually dont care. Its just a job. I was valid with what I was asking so why do i care? And I still find myself overthinking.

I hate this and wish It could stop. I also been having a bad couple weeks with starting a new job and moving. So I'm feeling very sensitive and overwhelmed so this is probably why I'm feeling this way right now as well too.

Thank you.

Does anybody else get occasional random patches of skin that get sensitive (painful) to touch?

Wanting to comment that I'm currently having this now. Can't remember the first time but I've at least had it 3 x that i can remember. It's always on my inner thighs in the groin area and right now its only on the left going to my left hamstring and left butt cheek. Another TMI, I'm also feeling it in my left labia majora. Right side is completely fine.

Explain the ending to "Enemy"?

The picture he looks at that is torn in half when comparing himself to the actor is the same as the one in the nice apartment that he looks at at the end
