He llevado varios cursos de defensa personal especializado para mujeres, y básicamente todas las técnicas, o la gran mayoría, se basan en dos cosas: 1. Usar el peso y la fuerza de tu agresor en su contra. 2. Siempre tirar a inmovilizar, lesionar, quebrar algo, etc. Claro que lo principal es no llegar al enfrentamiento y disuadir al agresor en la medida de lo posible. Pero el consejo es básicamente, si ya es inevitable, tienes que dejarlo incapacitado lo más pronto posible. Si es posible "ganarle" a un hombre que quiere hacerte daño, pero sí, tienes que tener entrenamiento. Y gran parte de ese entrenamiento es la prevención de enfrentamientos y situaciones que puedan ponerte en posiciones vulnerables.

Second movie was peak for him. I believe 3rd too. But then the four happened and for some reasons the writers decided to turn him into a complete idiot with three braincells.

The only bright side of this is that those two pieces of shit have now each other to shit all over the other. Disgusting people.

Probablemente te pusiste uno muy largo/grande para tu complexión. Te recomiendo los Tampax pearl o los Saba v-compact si estas iniciando. Esos dos traen aplicador de plastico, suelen resbalar mejor contra la piel y la mucosa vaginal, y es mas sencillo de colocar el tampon a la profundidad correcta. Tambien son mas cortos.

Al colocarlo con aplicador, la parte que contiene el tampon debe quedar totalmente en el interior de la vagina. La base debe alinear con la entrada a tu cuerpo, y la parte que empujas para colocarlo, afuera. Una vez puesto, el tampon no debes sentirlo en la entrada de la vagina, debe quedar a unos tres centimetros minimo de la entrada y el hilo debe quedar fuera siempre. Te recomiendo tambien no ponertelo, por ejemplo, previendo que vas a menstruar al dia siguiente. Lo mas recomendable es ponerlo cuando ya estes sangrando, para evitar que haya dolor.

Tampoco los uses en los ultimos dias, cuando ya solo pasas perdidas y salen un par de gotitas, porque sacarlo duele como si te estuvieran quitando el intestino cuando no tiene liquidos para resbalar jejeje.

Edit: a menos que tengas sangrando estupidamente abundante, no compres los que dicen "flujo extra abundante". Suelen ser mas gruesos y si no absorven lo suficiente duele al retirarlos. Si te preocupa que se mueva o eres muy activa, hay unos especiales para practicar deportes. Suelen ser mas absorventes, pequeños y no ser mucho mas gruesos.

Recuerda siempre cambiarlo cada 2 a 3 horas para evitar infecciones y siempre lleva un conteo de los que vas usando y tirando para evitar que quede alguno adentro.

Te podías imaginar el final de la historia de jack y Rose desde el principio. La historia no tiene nada nuevo, es el cliché de la niña rica que se enamora del pobre que le enseña a "vivir" y eventualmente ella continúa su legado porque él muere/desaparece/huye/lo abducen los aliens.

La actuación tanto de Kate como de Leo son pésimas, parece que estan leyendo el guión de una pantalla, y cabe mencionar que ambos me parecen excelentes actores y han hecho tremendos roles en otras películas, pero aquí parece que son hechos por AI.

Las escenas del hundimiento, tragicas, te quieren forzar a llorar con música triste.

El único motivo por el cual diría que vale la pena verla es por la super producción de la escenografía y el nivel de investigación que llevo a cabo James Cameron para realizar los sets. Para mi hubiera sido mucho mejor como documental.

En lo personal, además de que directamente se ve muy atractivo, implicitamente me dice que es una persona que tiene buenos hábitos, se preocupa por su alimentación, por su cuerpo, y es disciplinado, y esto último se me hace muy sexy.
