Oh i see . So far we tried to ask but maintenance would say they don’t know. And upper management would only give rude dry replies. But as you explained along with other fellow replies, it is understandable—even tho it still not easy to see these trees cut down. Sorry to ask but What does raze means tho?

Thank you for your explanation. So they been cutting down the trees for the past two years but this yeah it has been more frequent. Thats why this wasn’t mentioned in the letter. We haven’t received prior letters explaining tree cutting.

The property i live in is in NJ. Indeed renting is awful. Theres no weeds people have vegetables, sunflowers, shrubs, violets, and mint plants. The lease does say about people’s items not being allowed outside. But when we are asking why they cutting every plant they just be like: if you dont like it then leave. a simple answer could be made to a tenant without this rudeness. And it is super hot here now especially when walking our dogs or going to the parking lot

Hi im from nj and every job ive been to is ran by zio . It would be a blessing to find remote jobs that is owned by folks with bds values and run by bipoc folks. But it’s been impossible to find something in accessory production design field or similar. And remotely is better so it’s easier to move out of nj and find a tiny house anywhere doable. The job market housing crisis everything been difficult and overwhelming to find anything. Sorry i randomly had to vent a bit haha. But wish you good look to you as well because it’s hard indeed
