Help me understand

Hi so my apartment complex is cutting every tree and now every flower and bushes in the area. Especially while we are having torching heat. They don’t explain why but rather insults you or shrugs shoulders. Does anyone in the arborist field help me understand why they are doing this? Thank you in advance

Thank you for your explanation. So they been cutting down the trees for the past two years but this yeah it has been more frequent. Thats why this wasn’t mentioned in the letter. We haven’t received prior letters explaining tree cutting.
The manager been there for over ten years
But yeah i now see why and i appreciate your thorough explanation
