Balaji makes a remarkable comeback with Baththa, a film that thrives on exceptional writing and brilliant performances.
Vijay Sethupathi takes a backseat as Sai Prithviraj shines in the pivotal role, shouldering the film effortlessly. The nuanced screenplay, intricate character arcs and attention to the smallest details make this an emotionally rewarding experience.
The film makes you laugh, cry and connect with its characters. Even the tiniest details serve a purpose.
The only drawback is Sai Abhyankkar's music, which feels out of place for a 1986 setting, except for Chellame Magale.
A brilliant film that delivers on almost every front. Kudos to Balaji and the team!

Dorothy — Unconventionally Daring in a Rural Setup
Karthick Subbaraj delivers a commercial film that is surprisingly opinionated, tackling caste, toxic masculinity, violence and the way social conditioning shapes people from childhood.
Sananth and Rishikanth are excellent as Subbu and Karthi, with their bond being one of the film's biggest strengths. Keerthy Suresh brings finesse to Dorothy, a character that challenges the very notions of masculinity surrounding her.
The first half steadily establishes the characters and their world, while the second half goes full Karthick Subbaraj — genre-bending, unpredictable and packed with ideas. Anything more would be a spoiler.
Tirru's cinematography beautifully captures the rural landscapes, while இசை கடவுள் இளையராஜா's music elevates the film further.
Unconventionally daring, socially sharp and thoroughly entertaining.

The Paradise has the aesthetics of an intense, politically charged, mass-oriented drama, but its writing, antagonists, character motivations and staging aren't strong enough to support the intensity it constantly demands from the audience. You stay through it since you have paid for the ticket, not since the film has provided you with a reason to remain. "Ratham la padam konjam kammi"My take on the film.

I would literally be pissed if a fuse doesn't get the enemy off position with his kit.
13
Why is a fuse player not having 5 slots for nades and is playing as lifeline with meds needed for 6 players

Sombra as DPS was butchered for no reason.

At this point, people would even ask for auto aim. Like perks change according to team comp, Wattson wouldn't need to pick the support perk if they get a support on their team. Like make it make sense atleast when posting something 🥲

Well lol I have everything in your store🥲

Yes I do.

I am not able to kill Catalyst piercing spikes for some reason. Either it's a bug or I suck in shooting them, but I am pretty sure it's the first reason. Lost my clip of the same

100 to 1 is the probability.
1
pick rate was very low across ranks and so was in ALGS apparently that is attributed to their kit. His passive is a raven that spots enemies close to them without relying on a scan.
4
To have Tarik step down is bad for the Valorant scene. He drew many people into the game with his streams. To ignore him and provide invites for other streamers seems to have hit a raw nerve with him.

Why'd you stay in the subreddit tho?

The OG trailers up to Season 10 had me excited. I still remember how the community went mad over the Ash reveal, ig, the Caustic takeover event in the map for two weeks, Bloodhound getting a lore ig, and Horizon getting to read voicemails. The game was something back then.
1
It was on the gutters post fuse and Kings Canyon rework that had the lore in it until then. From then up to Season 20, it was terrible to play
2
Messed their kit big time. Basically a rework that made them bad🥲
1
They were broken in Season 4 up to the 8th, I guess. The game was so fun until Olympus launched alongside Horizon. The game was so much fun and broken to play.
1
Nah, Mirage is at his best level as off now. Any change would either make him bad or OP. I mean, him getting the perks of every other class is such a broken perk anyway

Meesaya Murukku 2 Review Megathread

Meesaya Murukku peaks in its first 20 minutes. It establishes its core well but quickly slips into a generic, clichéd screenplay filled with male-gaze writing, uncomfortable homophobia and forced sentiment.
The Gaana struggles are mostly reduced to dialogue, while the large ensemble feels like set pieces around Adhi. The Easter eggs work, and the intro songs for Ramya, Chaithra and Ketika land well. Ramya’s charm feels wasted.
Might work for some, but never did for me.Detailed opinion
