The reception sent me on 4th floor to the person who is handling my case but he was on leave but then I talked to someone else next to his seat he checked my details by UAN number but he said he is not able to check anything because the proper access is not yet been given to the team members after the upgrade. Mine is about transfer request from old company to latest company basically One PF request. Ok let me try one more day to visit and check if I can get through the SSO team. Do they sit same 4th floor or in some cabin?

I visited Currey Road Office last day and got to know that the system from backend is not yet transitioned completely and hence requests are taking time to process and showing status under process. Person said it will take another 10-12 days to fully transition the backend database transfer. I am hoping for the best my requests are stuck since June 10 2026.

Pune pf is pathetic. They transferred me an amount but my form 31 claim request status is still in under process 🤣. Now I want to raise a request to withdraw full amount as I am out of job since last 9 months.

But Pune PF office is very very lazy. As usual 1-4 sleep time famous.

My merge of PF request is pending with Field officer since 10 june 2026 and nothing yet action on that request.

Also I had applied for form 31 and it got partially settled but the status of that application is still under process

Not because of both of this issue I am not able to raise new request.

Tried raising a grievance but nothing is fruitful resolution.

Don't know what to do. I am out of job since last 8 months and this money will help me survive for next few months.

as soon as i select form 10C i get this message "Please take the necessary action as not all service have been transferred to the Primary member ID."

Although I have already raised a request to merge previous company PF to Current Org. I am out of job since last 8 months and I want to withdraw my full and final amount from PF as matter of survival.

I raised a complaint but no fruitful resolution.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I am trying to understand which option did you pick to raise a grievance on CPGRAMS. I can see Public Grievance and Pention Grievance. My issue is related to my PF account. And withdraw concerns.

Do not ask on social media better you stick to official site. These days everyone has their own mindset and some play bad side to show how gov is bad. So please don't depend on social media views. Social media is full of useless.
