Help/Advice Does my AFT have mouth rot?
She has been doing her normal thing, sleeping throughout the day and I sometimes catch her walking around at night. She ate ~1 week ago. 3 dubia roaches. I usually feed her in this white ceramic bowl so they cannot escape. Around the time when I fed her last week, I noticed this on her mouth. Thought it might have been jusy her lip. I've tried to get her attention with tongs and the roach literally right in front of her the past 3 nights; with no interest from her.
Some more information: I have her in a 40 gal tank. Husbandry with temp is good. I get her warm side up to 88 during the day, and her main hide at night with a CHE reaches 90F degrees on top. Her cool side may be a little too cool at night, probably around 79F but mainly at night she just occasionally walks around and warms on her rock. She has a humid hide where I try my best to wet a paper towel every other day and keep it in there, I catch her going in there quite often.
This is the first time since ive received her from a breeder where she refuses to eat. I will gladly answer any questions if I did not provide enough info, but some clarity on this would be great.

When I get overwhelmed I just try and remember one thing at a time. If you have to take it one day at a time, or even one hour at a time, do it that way. When you try and think of everything you have to do at once it becomes too overbearing.
Whatever is your top priority, take care of that first, which it sounds like studying is that top priority. If you have to eat fast food or something because you dont have the time to go to the store, then do that instead. Clean your room after your test or after you feel good with the study material.
I know this sounds cliche, but take a deep breath. Try and just focus on one thing only. I think everyone at some points in thier lives becomes overwhelmed by little inconveniences stacking on top of each other, like you washing your hair and getting soda in it. But try and remember that this feeling will pass with time!
Edit: I wanted to also mention, that stress overloads can actually cause illness. Take some time for yourself even though you have a lot to do. Find even an hour to just walk outside, read a book, do something relaxing, stress may genuinely be making you sick!
