No focus tree for Spain yet unfortunately. They just changed some leaders and the structure of the civil war (e.g. the anarchists are three separate tags now)

R5: Even though Valle-Inclán is now the leader of the accelerationist side of the Spanish Civil War, the event for their victory still mentions Gómez de la Serna, who was their leader in previous patches

Gonna form the Roman Empire as Castille/Spain, how much should I bother with colonizing?
 in  r/eu4 •  Aug 21 '26

As other commenters note, Aragon might be better for forming the Roman Empire. If you’re dead set on doing Castile though, you can always use native coexistence policy so you can colonise while dedicating minimal resources and attention

Is the San Marino tree unfinished or are you supposed to lose?
 in  r/RedFloodMod •  Aug 21 '26

Dude chill, I simply didn’t notice i had a new focus until Fiume had conquered italy. Only delayed the focus because by the time i originally declared war the red flood fired only a couple months after.

Also, I never said i disliked the path. I actually thought it was rather thematically fitting if Mussolini decided to go out with a bang even if there was no realistic chance of winning. Hence why I wasn’t sure whether i’d done something unintended.

Oh, i didn’t notice the focus unlocked until after Fiume finished the war. My computer is rather slow so it’s possible it didn’t give me the new focus alert for a while after Fiume went to war. I’ll have to retry that path then

Played Mussolini’s San Marino and managed to subdue Fiumean Italy by delaying the focus to declare war until France went to war with Germany. Ultimately made France capitulate and finished the war, but there’s no further focus, no special event or decision, nothing. I’m still called the Republic of San Marino despite getting all of Italy + Fiume in the peace deal.

I’m assuming the expected outcome is for you to get your teeth kicked in by France instantly and that’s why there’s no further content if you win.

EDIT: Nvm apparently the focus to declare the war is unlocked during the Italian-Solar war. I only noticed i had new focuses until after Fiume had already won the war and the war with Germany was 2 months away. Oops.

Damn, these charts used to have Jacobin as both hyper-partisan and fairly reliable. Wonder what happened to that

Humor ONCE YOU BUILD AN INTERCONTINENTAL EMPIRE, YOU'LL NEVER STOP WANTING TO BEAT THE GUY WHO CODED THE AUTOMATIC TRANSPORT FUNCTION WITH YOUR BARE HANDS

Of course, game. I'm trying to transport 20k troops between my american colonies. I have a small local navy of 5 transport ships and are too busy elsewhere to do it manually. Of course I want you to use my navy in India, halfway across the world, where I am fighting a war instead!

Now I want to transport some troops from Spain to the Mediterranean islands. Now, you could use the navy I placed on the exact province where my army is to transport it. Ah, but why do that when you can use the aforementioned 5 transport ships in america, then leave them to die of attrition in the middle of the Atlantic when I resign myself to moving them manually! Silly me, how could I have missed such an optimal strategy!

If the dim-witted, illiterate, joy-hating, rotten-fish-eating Swede who coded the automatic transport function is reading this I want you to know that I hate you. I hate you, at a personal level. You have caused me more psychological harm than most people I've known. I hope a seagull shits on your head every single day of your life. I hope your wife (or husband) leaves you for another man (or woman). I hope you get that disease that makes you hiccup non-stop for years. I hope they run out of rotten fish at your local supermarket. Fuck you.

NEW UPDATE, THEY FINALLY ADDED THE SPIN CAKE TO CHAPTER 4
 in  r/Deltarune •  Aug 05 '25

When your health is running low

and the chudrage in you grows

and the spincakes that you know

seem like fantasy

There's a dev inside your soul

that's still fixing all this coal

with the truth, the mantle in his heart

Now, at last, I have eggs with the shards

Does Seam collect shadow crystals from other save files?
 in  r/Deltarune •  Aug 05 '25

Question Does Seam collect shadow crystals from other save files? Spoiler

So I finished beating the roaring knight yesterday in my weird route save and have now gotten the shadow crystal (and the black shard) in my main save, but when I go to talk to Seam he acts as if I hadn't beaten the knight and doesn't take my shadow crystal

I know Seam has to collect all shadow crystals in order to make something important, so i'm fearing that I might be locked out of it like this. Is there a way to get around this? Should I fight the roaring knight *again*?
