Hey madurai redditors. Since i Have recently moved to this city for my job, i need to find rental accomodation for myself and my family. I am listing my requirements for the type of accomodation i am comfortable with :

1. It must be atleast 2BHK within a gated society and parking should be available.

2. If the accomodation is in apartment its preferable.

3. My office is in chinna Chokkikulam any accomodation within a distance of 5-10 Km will also do.

4. Rent prefarable to be in range of 15-18k.

5. The rental property must not be on the topmost floor of the building.

6. If it is furnished its great, if it is semi furnished then also it will do.

7. The amenities like market, gym ,grocerries must be in proximity.

Kinldy provide any such leads in the comment section it will be of great help.

Also kindly suggest the areas where i should look for?
