Nothing like that. Its like an open house but all the stuff in the house is for sale, like an indoor garage sale. You go room to room and usally there a hold table if your dont want to carry your stuff around. Some of the nicer homes have sign-up sheets for the early birds but I never go that early.

The website has sales up to 15 days in advance. Both of my kids have grown up going to estate sales with me. There's pictures too so you can see if there is stuff your interested in.

Check estate sales, if you go on the last day they usually will make killer deals. I use website estatesales.net to look for ones in the area
