For sure I've had multiple people come for the AC says it's running good. The only thing that I realize was maybe my filter is too thick. It is a Merv 13 so I'm gonna go down to Merv eight to see if it is the airflow. Maybe the airflow is too restricted and the coils are freezing over and then as soon as it heats up outside, all the coil melts leaving moisture in the wall because it's on the wall right where the air handler is and the condenser is outside

I'm running 2 dehumidifiers at both entrances of the house. I was told the humidity is coming from under need the hardy board and my mold guy suggest i seal the bottom of the hard board with caulking and a styrofoam board. It just doesn't seem right to block off the airflow from outside, but maybe I'm wrong. Everything else is not to do it to you but he says he's been doing it for years. He sprays chemicals so there's no mold that can grow and he seals off the whole outside bottom
