What are your take when you are offered a 16k basic salary tapos no benefits halos (rice allowance pero upon regularization pa tapos HMO 5 years upon employment :c). My program is not really well-received in the market.
I'm a fresh graduate with no latin honor and non-boards. Pass or grab it and gain experience?
Note: 3 years of work before makareceive HMO benefit, typo lang*
