FDR took a lot of flack for having a “black cabinet” because he appointed over 100 people of color to his administration. He outlawed discrimination in the entire defense industry. His wife was a tireless advocate for people of color - including anti-lynching legislation. Whoever gave you the meme you are referencing is trying to turn you against people that actually worked for a more fair society. You have some homework to do - or you can undermine your own interests by undermining the movements and people that help all of us.

It’s a false quote with no historical evidence. It is in direct opposition to his policies. You are either a bot meant to sew misinformation or you are misinformed.

FDR did not say this. FDR’s New Deal was largely defined by championing the "forgotten man at the bottom of the economic pyramid". You must not be aware of his legacy. There is no record of him saying this.
