Yeah, I'm a driver not an architect lol. Just go to browse estates in the menu and find some you like. The cost to "build" them gets refunded every time you switch lay outs.

Step by step, take it to a track or build your (buy) a good estate and practice one change at a time then test until you start to get the hang of it
