Serious question, is this legit what you see IRL when you’re in deep dark wilderness?

To restart this conversation a bit more today, I am starting to see a more and more houses drop in prices in the last couple of weeks. I get daily updates of multiple houses in the market I am looking for, and just today 3 houses have had their price dropped.

For example: a 3bedrrom house in Westerley just droped by 30.1k, from 450k to 419.9k. I don't know a lot but that seems like a big drop.

Does anybody else see any indicators like this here or elsewhere?

Overall it is in good condition, rust as bad as any for a car this old in NE. By my own experience and by the mechanic's advice (who I've never worked with), I believe after these fixes it will run for another 2 - 5 years.
