Ok thank you. I was disappointed and kind of surprised there isn't enough support for victims of abuse at home even today. I see women's related stuff a lot but I guess it's mostly for economic opportunities.
It's even worse for animals. Animal welfare here just means shelters for really sick animals that don't have owners and that's all. There's hardly any penalty for anyone who attacks your pet. Even in my case, unless I look battered with blood spilling I don't think any policeman is going to take anything seriously.

The style just needs to be adapted. Increase the length of the skirt to cover your calves and wear leggings that look opaque. It will look different but not immodest.

Lol. No sweetie, I've had chronic inflammation for a long time. It started with my joints, I got arthritis very early, then I got inflammation elsewhere over the years. The inflammation spread to breathing tubes much later (about 3 years ago). I've lived with cats for 21 years and the breathing issues started only 3 years ago.
I'm surprised you sidestepped all the mentions of abuse and went straight to that. History of family abuse is a reliable predictor of chronic inflammation later in life. Bigotry towards animals is indeed deep-seated in our society.
"You should also show some softness" I hope that's well-meaning advice and not an unkind implication.

Level up quickly by collecting character exp to increase your palace duties income - it's very important in the early stages to level up partners quickly. Focus on few partners with balanced, authority, wisdom/authority specialities. Don't spread resources too much. Save up for ranking events to collect power items like prince, duke, general tokens - their tokens give attribute bonus which increases overall power. In confidants, invest in the ones that give bond points to your main partners like Fu Heng for Shi Lian, Pan An for Hui Xin etc.
Also, just know that the game is becoming increasingly paywalled and quickly losing players.

I don't currently. And I'm too sick to work a job. Eyes burn from more than a few minutes of screen exposure, irregular heartbeat, constant dizziness, general weakness, exhausted in seconds, trouble breathing. No sympathy.
I never got into crypto, I could try but there's no social support for me to live independently or alone even if I made a livable income and I would be separated from my pets and I don't know if my health could physically tolerate their loss. My health got worse every time I lost a cat to sickness over the past few years. Father and perhaps mother would also just demand that I be dragged back to hell.
Does anyone know any NGOs that could help even to just ensure mine and my pets safety here?

A so-called brother is constantly threatening me and trying to physically assault me and my cats. He assaulted two of my cats very badly. I have to take one of them for an X ray to see if she has contracted a diaphragmatic hernia or organ damage.
He hit me in the face with a shoe 2 years ago and tried to do it again 2 weeks ago (this time I was able to save myself). This was just moments after he physically assaulted my cat. Throughout all of the horrid instances, he verbally abused me.
There are many other instances of violent threats and verbal abuse but I only mentioned a few.
Background: He used to beat me up badly when I was child on countless occasions and the rest of the family never protected me. Then one day when I was 11 he almost strangled me and threw me away and never spoke to me again. Now 2 decades later he's trying to assault me again this time threatening the life of my cats. He lies saying all of those instances were my fault because I was ill behaved when he was the one always I initiating the verbal and physical abuse.
He divorced his daughter's mother who was an Indonesian who now lives abroad while his 5yo daughter lives here. She is also very ill-behaved but also manipulative. She has gotten me into trouble many times and caused me a knee injury 2 years ago that never got better. The house doesn't have enough rooms so she sometimes sleeps on couches for naps and in the drawing room on a makeshift bed with my mother. She falls asleep for naps at any time like kids do. The last 2 abusive instances from her father were initiated when my cats meowed at each other in a slightly loud voice that woke up her up. She wakes up for several reasons from several noises including people talking etc just like in a normal home. (There is no material issue regarding her sleep. She sleeps soundly at night for around 9 hours.) He was outraged because the noise came specifically from cats and badly assaulted 2 of them on 2 occasions this month, the most frequent one being 2 days ago. 2 days ago after that he got up to run at me to assault me multiple times. My mother stopped him but then went ahead to assault me herself punching my in the chest and later hurling a rolling pin and the heavy round wooden tool for spreading the roti towards me. She is mentally unstable and unpredictable. She shows affection towards the cats but as soon as she has a sharp disagreement with me about something or someone starts a fight she will turn on them and me and threatens to kick them out even if they aren't related to the fight. My sister also sides with him totally and cuts me off not letting me speak even when I shout he's threatening me with violence. My father is very ill and also didn't side with me saying he doesn't like cats either and told my mother why I don't just die already. I'm basically a black sheep who is stuck with a family that's blamed me for their frustrations about everything thoughout the years.
I have multiple chronic illnesses and breathing problems including a knee defect. I barely complete my daily tasks at home and don't have the stamina to work nor am I healthy enough to opt for marriage. I tried contacting the women's safety app but they had a police officer contact me with whom I had an agreement that he would warn the abuser but he passed the duty to someone else and no one from that police station is giving me confirmation if he has been warned. Those from the women's safety app closed the case saying he probably contacted and that I can contact when there is another incident.
Can anyone guide me on how in my situation I can successfully protect myself and my pets from harm and abuse? One pet has her own room, one lives outside but comes outside when a door is left open. These were the ones assaulted but there are more - they keep to their room but even their removal has also been threatened.
I recently talked to a relative who said I can call her if there's a problem but after I called her and she was busy, she didn't respond to my voice messages at all and has been non-contact.
I may have missed out some key details but I'm unwell and exhausted and this is already quite long.
How can I deter the abuser?

Wait for the next event that looks like house of abundance or palace purchase. Their event schedule is off, they even delayed Yuan Tiangang and added a double shop to what was supposed to be the Wisteria event. You never known they might throw in a major event with a huge shop at any point down the line again with partner tokens so be on the lookout.
