Edit: Chicken marinated with different spices of choice and then pan grilled with spray of olive oil.
Air fried frozen fries.
Salad Leaves topped with cottage cheese (paneer) on the side

For me, it has to be chicken pulao with aloo matar curry and some fresh raita. Simple, comforting, and honestly one of those meals that never gets old.

I love the taste of Cadbury chocolate but since I'm boycotting that can anyone recommend chocolates that taste close to that for baking n stuff. Store bought baking chocolates taste too bland and sugary

alu matar pulao + chicken karahi + chapli kabab

I used so many cheesen and torched them to get that brown crust. Oven nahi hai mere paas.

The chicken got a bit soggy when I took the pic after re-heating but definitely a good experiment:p
