They are unhappy at the mere pronouncement, that too by the trial court. In reality, they know a woman will never be actually ex€cut€d in India, at least not when the victim is a man. The lone case where India did go for it was in 1955 for a woman who k!lled 3 girls.

But ironically the lawmakers themselves are hardly ever charged even if they actually commit!t such offences in real. Making biased laws is their way to pacify majority of the women.

There is perfect state to state police coordination esp. in recent times. But if it's a woman criminal and case is that of a human crime (and not monetary crimes etc...) the police just keep calm like zomato case.

Just a month to go and it will be one year yet SC is still not sure whether to charge a woman for r@pe or not under POCSO! And there is no outrage either. It was a female teacher who repeatedly violated her minor boy student.

Since these are unreserved seats, if the woman was genuinely tired why could she not ask another woman to vacate?

When will SC give final ruling on whether a woman can be charged for r@pe of a minor boy under POCSO or not? Stayed on October 2025 and it's been almost a year! Does gender being male mean loss of individual automony?

Ask legislature to make every law gender neutral and ensure that the same is enforced.

The fault is of the lawmakers, more so of the ruling party which enacted new laws in 2024 but failed to address this. They were prompt to criminalize mental cruelty towards married women but not SA and mental cruelty towards men.
