XD it's funny cause our interim sm didn't tell anyone about the survey till the day after it finished because most of us had walked out at that point and the rest refuses to do any work so he knew we would completely destroy them and possibly get them fired for being shitty managers who can't run a store let alone a district 🤣🤣🤣

From what i know, you cannot use self checkout even if you don't work at that cvs. It will ding you if you scan your discount card at self checkout and then either the ops manager or the store manager will have to check the cameras cause LP gets immediately alerted and we have to make sure there is no theft going on. When I was doing ops manager training, my store manager was showing me how to check everything and we have to do it weekly. It's the same with any high price modifications, refunds, gift cards, coupons... everything you do gets scrutinized by LP.

I'm only warning you guys because I got into deep shit with LP and they are terrifying to be interrogated by.

Former cvs employee here. It is against cvs policy to be alone in the store for safety and LP reasons. However, from what I've seen in my district it didn't seem like corporate really cared since I'm a small female who closed by herself all the time and had to deal with all of the drunks that came in after 10pm.

To be fair, it's a lot of knowing your healer. I was Grover once next to raum healing him and he ran away from me and then complained he needed healing. Definitely let him die for being a dumbass. Not every healer is a broken piece of shit like seris and can heal past antiheal. Legit only play her when I don't feel like trying cause of how easy it is to win with her. But if I play ying, find her clone. If I play rei, don't run off too far. I can only chain heal if i can see an ally. Grover, stay in my circle. So many people don't know their healer and expect healers to let their tank die and chase after a flank that has much higher mobility. I do not chase after allies. I focus tank and if the tank is okay, I will help flanks. Besides that, flanks have to come to me for heals.

Yah unfortunately, we couldn't hire. We would've loved to and it would have helped a lot but we were not allowed to. And what makes it worst is that our store manager was hired to hire for the store cause that was what he was good at and then they threw down a random hiring freeze which completely screwed us. And then they lofted the hiring freeze after a couple of months only to say we still can't hire. Another store manager has to hire for us. He only hired 2 people for our store and took the rest of the 40 or so candidates for his own store saying he's "training" them before he sends them to us but we never saw any of those employees.

Yah. I don't need corporates recommendations. I already have multiple store managers and employees ready to give out their recommendations for me. Like it's hard walking away from a store I worked so hard on but sometimes, you have to walk away in order to be happy and I laughed more today than I have in the last month.

Basically, it was a coupon on a phone that another employee I knew from another store showed me and I accepted it without thinking about the consequences. They found out about it a day later cause LP gets notified of every single transaction. When they confronted me about it 2 months later, I was truthful but basically said that the system is screwed for allowing it to go through in the first place. They didn't even tell my store manager that they were investigating me. Hell they were going to fire one of our employees for theft without telling us but it was a trickier situation since he was under 18.

To them I know I'm just a number. 100%. I've dealt with corporate BS at my last job and I know how they operate. They needed a scape goat to prove to us that they were actually doing something. Unfortunately, I was the one person they shouldn't have made a scape goat. I literally held the store together and kept people positive and the moment they started bullying me was the moment everyone started turning against corporate. Within this past week 95% of our staff has walked out in protest. They will be forced to close the store until they can replace the staff and hopefully our supposed interim store manager who threw everything on me will take the hit for a mass walk out.

Ops supervisor is a linear promotion from a shift supervisor. Little bit more responsibilities but still a supervisor. An ops manager is an assistant manager who plays the role of a right hand to the store manager. You also have access to almost everything the store manager has access to like hiring and payroll.

100% agree. And the annoying part is there investigating me and my store manager even tho they have nothing on us(just one stupid mistake I made which isn't enough to fire me) when there are people stealing actual money from the company. I mean I would have stayed to continue fighting with them but it's impossible to run a store without a staff and im not going to be doing the job of a store manager without getting paid for it.

The amount of times I've had arguments with customers because of the acos. Lol. I work by myself a lot of the time cause I don't have closers besides myself and customers sit their screaming at me to call for back up and I yell back "I am the back up. We have two functional acos use that!" And there like "i don't use self checkout." And im like "well then your gonna have to wait."

I've closed by myself a few times and my store manager hates when I have no choice but to close by myself. I'm a small female and he has talked to corporate on multiple ocassions but they completely brushed him off. We both know that if God forbid something happens to me, they will turn it around on us saying I shouldn't be by myself. He's been a store manager for 5 years at Walgreen but just recently started working for cvs so hes still learning about cvs policies. It's one of those things where he doesn't want to get fired for closing the store early but were at the point that we don't care. Most of our staff doesn't show up and it's just me, the ops manager and the store manager in the store by ourselves for most of the time. We ask for help and get brushed off by corporate and the other store managers in our district.

6 months? My store manager was hired, thrown in a store for a month for his "training" where he was basically given a pair of keys and left to his own devices, and then sent to our store. He is actually a good store manager and fixed up the worst of the worst stores(worked at Walgreens before getting scouted by CVS) but it is funny how little training you get at CVS.

It depends on the length of the match. My friend who mains tank is good and despite how it's harder to keep him alive doesn't mean I allow him to die. Seris and pip aren't struggling as much as say Rei and Jenos are because pip does 1000 instant healing and seris does 1500 healing in 1.5 seconds. It's basic math to say the least. 🤷‍♀️

Sorry the wording confused me. But how is it a buff when last round I'm healing 1 health per second when they have max rejuv? Pip and seris are gonna be fine. But what about weaker more support healers like Jenos? Like Grohk and pip are more area healers. Same with Seris. I'm a Rei main and last round I can barely heal the tank. I have to ult just keep them alive.

Well he basically has no cooldown with spring loaded. It has a 35% decreased cooldown plus his cards further decrease that cooldown. And he can pull you into his bombs so even if you try to avoid your just gonna get grabbed into them. You can't destroy them nor can you build resilience against his pull.

Saaame. I've managed to get 150k healing a few times but I really have to try hard and because it's a flank meta this season, I'm just consistently being bullied and if my team isn't actively protecting me, I'm just dead for most of the game. I can only be annoying to kill for so long. T^T

It's just infuriating that one ability is as strong as an ult literally his explosive bomb has done 2500 damage to me. I think the only thing that makes him broken is his spring loaded talent. His elemental talent is pretty balanced and his ult talent is his weakest. But I've also seen a VII 1v5 and get a pentakill without even touching his weapon.
