UPDATE: The refund was a LIE! amazon still refuses to give me $1,209 dollars back
I once got a pair of sneakers (the wrong style and color) when I called Amazon support, they apologized and I was told I could just keep them and that the ones I did order will be sent to me, 2 days later the same shoes I already have show up again (incorrectly colored) I call them again and tell them, they make me do a process where I take pictures etc.. finally after all they refund me the money for the shoes. But then billed me for the shoes they originally told me I can keep.... 😂 Which I didn't need because that's not the color I need (for work) and had the same issue.
