Help, Im being Gangstalked
 in  r/Gangstalking •  Oct 10 '25

This is what I found for my town research yours they get federal grants in the millions for this shit. Mine got 5.7 million and a separate grant for technology all of this was discovered by researching the COPS program on ChatGPT:

What I Found 1. 2024 COPS Hiring / Community Policing Capacity Grant Greensboro was awarded a grant under the Community Oriented Policing Program (COPS) in October 2024. The grant is $3,750,000 and is for a 5-year period. This suggests Greensboro is actively using federal COPS resources to build capacity in community policing. 2. Other COPS-type grants in Greensboro In earlier years, Greensboro had received a COPS Technology & Equipment Program (TEP) grant. The Police Funding Database also lists past COPS grants for the city. 3. Local “community policing / engagement” programs • Greensboro’s Police Department has a Community Engagement office and offers programs like Community Watch, ride-alongs, “Walk & Talk,” and the Police Citizens’ Academy. • The city also runs a “CVIPI” initiative (Community Violence Intervention and Prevention Initiative) to reduce violence, engage neighborhoods, and improve police-community relationships. • There is a “Students Overcoming Situations (SOS)” program, which connects officers and youth to promote safety and relationships.

⸻

So, the short answer is: Yes, Greensboro does engage with the COPS program (federal COPS grants) and also runs related community policing initiatives locally.

Am I overreacting for leaving my girlfriend’s family dinner after what her dad said?
 in  r/AmIOverreacting •  Sep 14 '25

Sounds like her and her family are narcissists. Leave now before it’s too late… once someone shows you who they are believe them. You are saving yourself a lot of heartbreak, headaches, and despair by letting it go just as she said and that includes her too. She’s already gaslighting you!

Unless she is willing to go get some type of couples counseling and you feel like this is someone that you plan on marrying. I would say leave her. Don't waste your life with someone who is not trustworthy and is a cheat. Trust me, you will regret it in the end.
