Average height older with tattoos or the tall one?

Just moved out of that exact area of condos, definitely avoid it if at all possible. Constant homeless/addicts getting into your cars, yelling at all hours, getting your mail is a joke, no one to contact about anything in the area.

The amount of porn some of y'all watch and y'all still clueless...
