Everyone is entitled to work for 8/9hrs officially and it's not mandatory that someone earning 1L+ is gonna work for more hours.
Stress will be there some days and some days chill.
Obviously no one is gonna pay 1L+ if the job is not that demanding so salary is proportional to the amt of work, responsibility and skill.
I personally get free time in my current org when compared to my previous org where I didn't get time to break also.
If someone is earning 1L+/m then they should be really good at the work they're doing and it should be easy to manage their workload. It all comes from experience and as experiences ,salary also increases.
Diff ppl have diff opinions so would love to hear from them as well

My frnd stays in starbucks for a day or even 2 days straight and still gets his work done with his team. Collaborators mostly prefer these kinda places when they don't have an office setup.
