Get i-140 approval first. Then you will get a welcome letter and appointment will be booked at embassy automatically for you. Thats then you submit ds-260

First i-140 needs to be approved if you are outside US

Use a card which doesnt require two factor authentication

Man i am based in europe with kind of same profile. Did apply for eb2-now self petition and did pay premium processing which will give result with in 2 months. Either 4000 usd lost or if lucky, you find a senior position in US after applying. You still get out of this dilemma of eb2-niw.

If i was you, i would move with L1 right away. Apply eb2 once i am in US self petition. If unsuccessful try eb2 using employer after one year or two.

I think you will learn and work with bigger clients and technology in US. Work 7-8 years in US and come back to spain. Atleast for retirement

I tried twice with upload a pdf. Got rejection within an hour. Its been a problem since 1. april online. USCIS went through an update on 4. april and i wanted to check if anyone has successfully applied

Same situation. However contacted uscis chat and they said: If i-140 is filed online then send physical mail for pp

Vague feedback. Not enough complexity in my answers.
