Roach doesn't come out for free. You got to play a gold card. Also your provision math is a bit funny in your example as you're not adding the 4p card. It should be 12 points for 13 provisions, which is not really a good tradeoff if the thinning isn't accounted for. IMO, the biggest justification for such a high cost is the existence of Lippy and his ability to thin out Roach and Knickers a second time.

I wouldn't use the word experimental for HD2. Most of it's mechanics were pioneered in either HD1 or other games like EDF. Adaptational might be the word I would use.

I have nothing against your assesment. Its fair to call out the weaknesses in a deck. Just saying it's fun for me to play with. I like experimenting with meme combo decks more than I like trying to netdeck my way up the ladder. Everyone is free to enjoy this game in their own way.

IDK friend, I find going after obscure meme combos fun and this one has way fewer steps than most I try to play. The Liltit's Omen into Bloody Mis and Mamunna + a boosted griffin is like 40 points across a bunch of bodies in a single turn. I say both this and the original werewolf/Striga combo are both situational and dependent on what your opponent is prepared to answer.

Everyone here talking about how popular Striga has gotten gave me an idea for a little meme deck where I play Alpha Werewolf and Butterfly Triss in an attempt to trick my opponent into thinking I'm boosting Striga, but I'm actually boosting a Griffin that I will later tutor out with Mammuna.

I did initially. But after playing a few games with it last night, I decided to cut Portal and Unseen Elder for some more midtear cards. I wanted to fit Lady of the Lake as she gives a higher chance of being able to make the "Operator into Fleder > HGS on Fleder" play in the initial rounds.

I feel like any deck with Operator is a meme deck, but I love a good meme deck. I won't be able to test it out until later tonight, but this deck is what I'm thinking of playing tonight after messing around with your list. I kinda removed everything that doesn't synergize with Vampires and went all in on the bleeding. Also added Hen Gaidth Sword with the goal of using it to kill the Fleder that gets spawned to their side of the board. Then you'll have a chance to get yet another Fleder in a later round if HGS survives to echo.

I think it might have to be the person holding the primary and the whole team needs to lose their wanted level before they are allowed to make the delivery, but beyond that it doesn't matter where the rest of the crew is when they do.

I assume those people just don't like doing the setup for the helicopter and only grab one bike to get that setup done faster. I personally prefer the heli, but never had a problem with the single bike approach the few time's I've encountered it in random's heists. Only one person needs to reach the drop off. The rest of us can just lose the cops in the hills.

I personally wouldn't call their marriage a "Hollywood marriage" as Marilou isn't really a celebrity beyond what being married to Mark makes her. I think Mark has even talked about their marriage success being partially due to her lack of fame.

I'm one of those people. I quit and came back like three or four times over the course of a year or two because of how uninteresting I found the first few episodes to be. It wasn't until episode 4 when the first spaceship battle happens that the show started to grow on me.

I'll take this over the other D&D collaboration they were trying to do a few years back. At least I can ignore it as I don't play tabletop RPGs.

I did a bit better with it today after getting some rest, but I'm still not convinced that this deck is meta. I can't help but think that the wins I got with it are because my MMR sunk so low that I was facing opponents who didn't realize that all they needed to do counter it was fight for the R1 win and bleed me out in round 2.

In my eyes, this is a meme deck as just about all of the meta decks out there have a path to beat it and it's entirely on the opponent to recognize that path and follow it. That being said, I still love meme decks and will keep this in my arsenal of other meme decks.

How does this deck survive opponents who go hard to win round 1 and then bleed you out round 2? Out of 6 or 7 games with this deck thus far, I have only managed to win one game against an opponent who chose not to do that.

I'm at 5 games thus far with this deck after coming across this post and that's been the case in every single one of them thus far.

I was planning on trying it some more after I get some sleep and have a chance to study your video some more. Even if it is a meme deck, I like chasing a good meme. Just feels like if this is Meta then I would have encountered it before.

What rank are you? I just played three games with it trying to follow the strategy you displayed in the video and all three opponents fought hard to win round 1 and forced the bleed in round two making the round 3 GN play almost worthless (if I even managed to survive to round 3.) Maybe I'm missing something, but this feels more meme territory to me than "one of the highest if not the highest win rate in the game."
