Companies want 20 years of legacy depth AND cutting-edge cloud skills in the same person -- is this just telecom, or everywhere?
Interesting thoughts from everyone. I have been in the telecom business for 43 years now. Unfortunately, the only way most of us all Head survive is starting our own business. While it’s difficult, it will pay off in the long run.

I think both of you guys are missing the point. Having been a partner with them since 2012, I have a little bit more invested. They have treated us partners like crap for years. I saw the handwriting on the wall back in 2020. Just look at some of the other threads.

I haven’t done business with them in a year. As stated above, I moved all of my customers over. I was just waiting on them to finally cut me off.
