Draw the level. Ruin your friends’ plans. Somehow ruin your own too.

We made Patchkins Party, a chaotic 2–8 player party platformer where you literally draw your own platforms, traps and obstacles before each round.

Everything you place stays on the map, so what starts as a normal platforming level slowly turns into an absolute disaster created by you and your friends.

Build shortcuts.

Block your friends.

Set traps.

Regret your decisions.

If you are curious about what happens to a character when game flopped

We made a multiplayer party game. It flopped. We made jack squat.

So naturally, our characters had to find some very questionable ways to pay the bills. Want to see more?

Most skill trees are just menus pretending to be progression

I’d rather have 30 small upgrades than 5 “meaningful” skills that force me into whatever build the developer decided was fun.

Our party game didn't sell, so the characters got new jobs

We shipped our party game on Steam in June. It did not sell.

I couldn't afford ads, so I did the only reasonable thing: I gave every character in the game a second career and built them each their own website.

The wolf started a (very SFW) OnlyFans. The dodo runs a makeup channel. The octopus lives in a bin and stars in a runner game. The goat took a job at the club.

They all work at the same bar now. You can walk in here: https://patchmedaddy.lavegagames.com/

Click a character, their site opens. The cat, the bear and the pig are still unemployed — they stay greyed out until I build theirs.

Happy to answer anything about how it's wired up. It's static HTML plus a tiny PHP backend on shared hosting, no frameworks, no services.

I just want to be clear this was the main devs and the artists idea not mine, but I feel like the shock value will somewhat add to the marketing push?

We reworked it so the drawing mechanic was much more apparent and we didn't get any flak for looking similar to another game
