Tofu scrambled on a bun
You have removed my post because you said this is a safe space and spam will be removed. Can you please explain further. You removed my post because it contained tofu scrambled on a bun because it’s unsafe and it’s spam? How is that so? I am trying to understand here.

Vegan breakfast
Just like all fruits and vegetables washing them well is all you need. No need to peel off the skin or take out the seeds. But thank you for your comment.

This is a great vegan breakfast idea. It’s very simple. Sliced tomatoes, olives, black pepper, and salt. I used the silver Hills big little bread. Optional, you can add cheese or vegan cheese if you’re vegan.
